Droidor Software Products and Software-as-a-Service Privacy Statement


This Privacy Statement covers the privacy practices that Droidor employs when providing support, consulting, or hosting services (the “Services”) to Droidor clients through Droidor’s Software products and Software-as-a-Service solutions (“Software Offerings”). Droidor established this Privacy Statement to clarify Droidor’s role as a processor where Droidor processes services data on behalf of Droidor clients through Droidor’s Software Offerings.


Services data (“Services Data”) is data that Droidor is provided access to in connection with the Software Offerings and the related Services, such as data accessed through a Software-as-a-Service environment or data accessed through test, development and production environments. Droidor treats Services Data in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Droidor agreement for the Software Offerings and related Services with the Droidor client.


Services Data Use. Services Data may be accessed and used to fulfil the requirements specified in the Droidor customer agreement for Services or Software Offerings. Droidor technical staff may require periodic access to Services Data to monitor system performance, test systems and develop and implement upgrades to systems. Any temporary copies of Services Data created as a necessary part of this process are only maintained for time periods relevant to those purposes. Droidor may also be required to provide personal information to comply with legally mandated reportings, disclosure or other legal process requirements. Droidor reserves a limited right to disclose any personally identifiable information we receive if required by law or valid order of a court or other governmental authority, or if needed to protect the health and safety of Droidor

employees, a client’s employees, or the general public.


Droidor may transfer and access Services Data globally as required for the purposes specified above. If Droidor hires subcontractors to assist in providing Services, their access to Services Data will be consistent with the terms of the relevant Droidor customer agreement and this Droidor Privacy Statement.


Droidor does not use Services Data except as stated above or as provided in the relevant Droidor customer agreement. Droidor may process Services Data, but does not control a Droidor client’s information collection or use practices for Services Data. If a Droidor client provides any Services Data to Droidor, the client is responsible for providing any notices and/or obtaining any consents necessary for Droidor to access and use Services Data as specified in this statement and the Droidor customer agreement.


Droidor’s access to Services Data is based on job role/responsibility. Services Data residing in Droidor hosted systems is controlled via the Droidor Security Framework, as well as the use of an account management framework. As Droidor clients control access to Services Data by its end-users, end-users should direct any requests related to their personal information to Droidor clients.


Modifications to Statement. Droidor reserves the right to modify or supplement this Droidor Software Product and Software-as-a-Service Privacy Statement at any time.
